Wendy Y. Bailey, affectionately known as "WendyY" by her clients, business associates and coaching colleagues, is a Master Certified Group Coach and Certified Experienced Coach, as well as aİCertified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.

A dynamic coach and an engaging speaker, WendyY has facilitated hundreds of teleseminars, live workshops and small group training sessions and is known for her innovative and often unconventional offerings which include Group Mastery for Speakers, Trainers and Workshop Leaders; the Circle of Brilliance, and the ProSymposium for Entrepreneurial and Professional Excellence.

WendyY holds a Bachelor in Management from National Louis University and has also trained professionally at George Washington University, Coach University, Coach Training Alliance and CoachVille. She is a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC), a global collective of coaches dedicated to coaching development and proficiency throughout the profession. WendyY coaches entrepreneurs and organizations on topics such as business operations, small business marketing, including group coaching, business systems and small business branding.
